Drive For A Cause with the Flyers Charities License Plate!  These limited edition plates are now available for Pennsylvania drivers.  Your donation helps support local charities through Comcast-Spectacor Charities.

TO APPLY:

  1. Complete and sign Sections A and D in the state form for Pennsylvania.
  2. Submit payment via check or credit card in the amount of $50* to "Comcast-Spectacor Charities." To download a form for credit card payment, click here.
  3. Make a copy of your drivers license and vehicle registration.
  4. Mail all items to the address below.
  5. Receive your plate in 10-12 weeks.

*Please add $1.50 for each duplicate registration. 

You may also apply online by clicking here. Please remember, in addition to applying online, you must also complete items 1-5 above, which includes the submission of: the official state form, payment, and a copy of your drivers license and registration.
