Flyers Wives Building Hope for Kids
In Flyers Charities’ second year of its Building Hope for Kids initiative, Flyers Wives and Michael’s Way unveiled their newest home makeover on April 21 in Northeast Philadelphia for a 17-year-old boy named Christopher. Michael’s Way and Flyers Wives partnered together to work with social workers at various children’s hospitals to help identify a chronically ill child from a family in need to make renovations to the home. The Flyers Wives worked over many months to create a comfortable and fun living space for Christopher and his family, which included a car garage-themed bedroom and a complete renovation of their home.
